Lemon water is one of the habits the healthiest trends going around the world today. Many people have started drinking lemon water in the morning the past few years due to claims that it’s highly beneficial for our health. The beverage offers numerous health benefits – it can reduce anxiety and stress, treat skin and digestive problems and even fight cancer. However, many people are not convinced by the claims including Dina Gachman, an American woman who wanted to see if lemon water really works by herself.

Dina started drinking 2 glasses of lemon water a day for 2 weeks and carefully took notice of what’s going on with her health. She didn’t notice big changes during the first week, but things were different during the second.

After 2 weeks, Dina’s skin became shinier and her skin problems were already gone! She felt changes in her metabolism as well – the bloating went away due to the acids in lemons which boost digestion.

Lemon water is an excellent source of potassium – a cup contains up to 125 mg. of the mineral which is important for numerous body processes.

Dina’s mood was also improved, and she started losing weight too – after about 15 days, she had lost 0.5 kg, which isn’t much, but it’s a start.
